The Quadex SpinMaster robotic manhole lining process provides an easy, cost effective, and highly productive means of applying cementitious manhole liner materials. More importantly, the SpinMaster effectively reduces exposure to the hazards typically associated with confined space manhole entry.

The Quadex SpinMaster utilizes a patented high speed centrifugal spin casting mechanism to apply a uniform cementitious liner to the interior surface areas of existing manholes. Positioned within the center of the manhole, the SpinMaster applicator is raised and lowered into the manhole via the use of an electric winch. The controlled retrieval speed of the SpinMaster applicator facilitates an circumference of the manhole. The retrieval speed and /or number of passes can be varied in order to provide a liner thickness ranging from 1/2 to 3 inches.

The Quadex SpinMaster is available separately, or with the addition of an optional tripod and electric winch kit. The SpinMaster and electric winch kit require the use of a 120 volt - 30 amp power source (not provided by Quadex, Inc.) The SpinMaster system is compatible for use with virtually an cementitious mortar mixing and pumping system.
